IMO it's the high water mark of the DLC, where you're making some very tough choices based on whose interests you align with. It can be played either during the main quest, or after it's completed. In my opinion, that DLC is mediocre in terms of adventuring content, but YMMV.įar Harbor ('Fah Habah') is geared for higher level characters (I think that unlocks at 20?).
Same situation with the DLC that adds stuff to the Vault workshop. For example, the stuff associated with the robot workshop DLC (I forget the name of it) opens at (IIRC) level 15. Some of the content unlocks at different levels.
